    This application form may be used to apply for the following:

    • CIPAF Festival Program
    • CIPAF International Competition
    • CIPAF Concerto Workshop
    • 2026 Auditor’s Pass (Full Festival or Day Pass)

    Please allow 10 minutes to complete the application.

    Application Deadline

    • Application Deadline: June 1, 2026
    • Notification of Acceptance: On or before June 15, 2026

    Late Applications will be accepted on a space-available basis.

    Multiple Entries
    Applicants may apply for multiple competition divisions.
    However, a separate application form and fee are required for each additional entry.

    Applicants to the CIPAF Festival Program only need to submit one application—this covers entry to the CIPAF International Competition and, if desired, the Concerto Workshop.

    All application fees due by June 1, 2026*

    CIPAF Festival Application Fee / $150 USD
    Non-refundable application fee for participation in the CIPAF Festival Program. Includes entry to the CIPAF International Competition and covers the Concerto Workshop application fee, if you wish to apply.

    CIPAF Competition Application Fee / $120 USD
    Non-refundable application fee for the CIPAF International Competition. For applicants who wish to enter only the Competition and not the Festival or Concerto Workshop.

    CIPAF Concerto Workshop Application Fee / $120 USD
    Non-refundable application fee for the CIPAF Concerto Workshop. For applicants who wish to apply only to the Workshop, without consideration for the Competition or the Festival Program.

    *Late Application Fee / $200 USD
    Applies to all applications submitted after June 1, 2026.

    Auditor’s Pass Fees

    Full Festival Pass / $400 USD
    Provides access to all 2026 CIPAF events, including admission to all Guest Artist Series concerts, masterclasses, and workshops.

    Day Pass / $50 USD
    Grants one-day, all-access admission to 2026 CIPAF events, including all Guest Artist Series concerts, masterclasses, and workshops on that date.
