How to Submit Your Inventory Photos (Simple, Fast, Accurate Estimate)
To give you a fair and accurate estimate, we need clear photos of all the major items our crew will be moving. This helps us understand the size of your project, plan the right manpower, and make sure you’re not overcharged or surprised on moving day.

Here’s exactly what to do:

Take photos of every large piece of furniture.
Examples: beds, dressers, couches, tables, desks, bookshelves, appliances, TVs, wardrobes, etc.

If a large item is not shown in your photos or listed in your inventory, it may be subject to additional fees on moving day.

Include wide-angle photos of each room or area.
This gives us context so we can estimate time, manpower, and equipment accurately.

Make sure the photos have good lighting.
Turn on lights, open curtains, and avoid dark or blurry images. Clear visibility helps us build the most accurate estimate possible.
