    President & Executive Director: Kurt Rivera
    Primary Pillars: Advocacy | Community & Collaboration | Equity
    Committee Led: Executive Committee

    Role Focus:
    Serves as the chief executive and public voice of the Chamber. Provides overall vision, strategy, and leadership; presides over all board meetings; oversees all board directors; and represents the Chamber in public, governmental, and regional partnerships. Ensures all work aligns with the Chamber’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals.

    Executive Committee Focus:
    Provides high-level organizational leadership and decision-making between full board meetings, supports strategic planning, and addresses urgent governance matters.

     

    Vice President & Executive Director of Operations: Clint Clark
    Primary Pillars: Community & Collaboration | Education | Equity
    Committee Led: Operations Committee

    Role Focus:
    Serves as the chief operational leader of the Chamber and directly supports the President & Executive Director by translating strategy into day-to-day execution. Oversees internal systems, workflows, timelines, and cross-department coordination. Supervises operational Directors (Membership, Marketing, Events) to ensure consistent delivery of programs and services.

    Operations Committee Focus:
    Oversees internal operations, administrative systems, scheduling, technology platforms, internal communications, and cross-committee coordination to ensure smooth organizational functioning.


    Executive Director of Finance & Sustainability: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Equity | Community & Collaboration
    Committee Led: Finance Committee

    Role Focus:
    Oversees budgeting, financial reporting, banking, revenue tracking, expense monitoring, and long-term financial sustainability. Ensures transparent, equitable, and responsible stewardship of Chamber resources.

    Finance Committee Focus:
    Develops the annual budget, reviews financial statements, monitors fiscal health, supports fundraising tracking, and guides long-term financial planning.


    Executive Director of Governance & Integrity: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Equity | Advocacy
    Committee Led: Governance Committee

    Role Focus:
    Oversees bylaws, policies, board procedures, ethical standards, and compliance infrastructure. Ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical governance across the Chamber.

    Governance Committee Focus:
    Maintains bylaws and policies, manages board onboarding and evaluations, oversees term tracking, and ensures strong governance systems.


    Executive Director of Inclusion & Belonging: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Inclusion | Equity | Community & Collaboration
    Committee Led: Inclusion Advisory Committee

    Role Focus:
    Leads all diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, including certification standards, accessibility practices, and inclusive program design. Ensures all partnerships and programs align with equity-centered values.

    Inclusion Advisory Committee Focus:
    Develops DEI standards, oversees certification programs, reviews partnerships for values alignment, and advises on equitable and culturally responsive programming.


    Executive Director of Education & Strategic Initiatives: Rae Carnivale
    Primary Pillars: Education | Advocacy | Community & Collaboration
    Committee Led: Youth & Education Committee 

    Role Focus:
    Leads innovation, special initiatives, and all education-based programming. Oversees the Junior Chamber of Commerce, youth entrepreneurship pipelines, mentorship programs, and cross-sector educational partnerships.

    Youth & Education Committee Focus:
    Designs and operates the Junior Chamber, youth business mentorship, workforce development initiatives, school partnerships, and youth leadership programming.


    Director of Membership & Engagement: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Community & Collaboration | Equity
    Committee Led: Membership Committee

    Role Focus:
    Leads recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of members. Ensures a welcoming, inclusive, and high-value experience for all Chamber members.

    Membership Committee Focus:
    Manages outreach campaigns, onboarding systems, renewals, member communications, and member experience initiatives.


    Director of Marketing & Communications: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Advocacy | Community & Collaboration | Education
    Committee Led: Marketing & Communications Committee

    Role Focus:
    Oversees branding, messaging, digital presence, media relations, and public storytelling. Amplifies member voices, promotes education and events, and advances public advocacy through communication.

    Marketing & Communications Committee Focus:
    Executes social media, website content, email campaigns, advertising, promotional design, and media outreach.


    Director of Events & Programming: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Education | Community & Collaboration | Inclusion
    Committee Led: Events & Programming Committee

    Role Focus:
    Plans and executes all networking, educational, and community-building events. Ensures all events are inclusive, mission-aligned, and responsive to member and community needs.

    Events & Programming Committee Focus:
    Develops the annual events calendar, manages logistics and volunteers, coordinates vendors, and evaluates program outcomes.


    Director of Community Advocacy: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Advocacy | Community & Collaboration | Equity
    Committee Led: Community Engagement Committee

    Role Focus:
    Leads community outreach, nonprofit and civic partnerships, and regional collaboration efforts. Elevates business voices in public spaces and strengthens cross-sector engagement across Southern Colorado.

    Community Engagement Committee Focus:
    Builds partnerships with nonprofits, schools, government, and underserved communities; coordinates outreach and public engagement efforts.

     

    Director-at-Large: Vacant
    Primary Pillars: Equity | Community & Collaboration | Advocacy

    Role Focus:
    Provides flexible, non-siloed leadership support to the Board and Executive Team. This role assists with special projects, strategic advising, board support, gap-filling across committees, and high-priority assignments as needed. The Director-at-Large does not lead a standing committee and instead serves as a connector, thought partner, and organizational support leader across the Chamber.
