I the parent/guardian of the participating child, understand that The Grind Lab Tampa’s Night at the Cages / Parent Night Out includes hitting, games, and physical activities that may involve risk of injury. By allowing my child to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Grind Lab Tampa, its owners, staff, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. I also give permission for photos and videos of my child taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless I indicate otherwise. I confirm my child is in good health and able to participate in all activities, and I agree to follow all rules set by the facility.
