How our Pick-ups Work
We operate Rear Lift Crusher Trucks specialised for HVAC waste strip-outs. We arrive in two time windows: Day after install pickup (8am - 6pm) and same day install (12pm - 6pm). *Please ensure all HVAC waste is placed out the front of the property (not council property) and fully ready at the start of your selected pickup window.
How Much Waste Do You Take?
Our standard pickup includes waste from one HVAC installation, up to a 20 outlet gas system plus one evaporative unit (ductwork included) plus installation waste. Anything beyond this will require a quoted pickup.
What We Take
Ductwork, fittings, cardboard, packaging, general installation waste, small pallets, small metals, and Evaporative units.
What We Don’t Take
Vapes, lithium batteries, AC units, gas units, bricks, concrete or any hazardous waste (such as liquids, asbestos, or chemicals). We do not collect any waste unrelated to the HVAC system being installed on this booking date. This includes waste from previous installs or property-owner waste.

PM pickups are limited and fill fast. To lock in a PM run, please book early. If the PM run is full, we may move your pickup to the next day. We’ll always text you first to confirm any changes.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form you confirm waste relates only to the HVAC system installed on this booking date. Waste must be ready at the start of your selected pickup window and placed at the front of the property (building line) — our truck cannot enter driveways or access rear of property. Changes or cancellations require 24 hours notice. If waste is not at the building line, a $85 fee applies. If prohibited items are included or access is fully blocked, the pickup will be rejected and a $150 call-out fee applies. Payment is due 7 days after collection.
