- By submitting this scholarship application, the applicant and, if the applicant is under 18 years of age, the applicant’s parent or legal guardian, grant permission to ManufactureCT to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record the applicant in connection with the scholarship program and related events.
  
  The applicant and parent or legal guardian authorize ManufactureCT to use these photographs, videos, and recordings, as well as the applicant’s name, likeness, and statements, in print, digital, social media, websites, reports, promotional materials, educational materials, fundraising efforts, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further notice.
  
  Submission of this application constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Photo and Video Release and confirms that, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian has authorized this consent on behalf of the minor applicant.
