    1. Training Commitment: The trainer is here to aid and give expert professional advice, but you are the primary trainer for your dog/cat. If the trainer gives homework and you're unable to complete it, you understand this will impact your results.

    2. Training: There are no quick fixes in modifying behaviour. Training takes practice and consistency over time. You understand this moving forward.

    3. Safety: You understand that you, the owner, are responsible for your safety, the safety of anyone coming into contact with your pet, and your pet's safety.

    4. Liability: You understand that Saggy Dog Pet Services and its staff and trainer(s) are not liable for any property damage or personal injury to other animals and people, as this is your sole responsibility.

    5. Services: QuickStart Behaviour Solutions & Guidance Plans are remote, asynchronous services. Recommendations are based solely on the information, descriptions, and video footage provided by the client. The client understands that the consultant may not observe the behaviour directly and that the accuracy and safety of any recommendations cannot be assured. The consultant will be as accurate as possible for this type of service, but it can never be as good as a more detailed one-to-one service, and it depends on the completeness and truthfulness of the information provided. The client accepts all responsibility, liability and risk for implementing recommendations.

    6. Agreement to Services: I will complete and sign the QuickStart Training Contract

  • Choosing Your QuickStart Plan

  • QuickStart Behaviour Solutions & Guidance Plans provide clear, practical guidance to help you respond to your dog’s behaviour and begin training safely. These plans focus on what to do next, using realistic strategies you can start applying right away.

The difference between QuickStart options is the level of detail and explanation provided alongside your recommendations, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs and situation.

    QuickStart Basic

Best for owners looking for clear, affordable guidance they can start using right away.

This option provides written recommendations focused on safety, day-to-day management, and simple training steps to help reduce problem behaviour and prevent escalation.

It is well-suited for puppy support, obedience questions, and lower-complexity behaviour concerns where practical direction is the priority.

    QuickStart Enhanced

This option is a good fit if you want clear, practical guidance with more detailed support. You will receive actionable recommendations, along with selected video reviews to provide additional clarity around your dog’s behaviour, training progress, and response to everyday situations.

QuickStart Enhanced is helpful for obedience and manners work where owners want more in-depth recommendations, as well as behaviour concerns that benefit from better timing, consistency, and early intervention. It is designed for owners who want both direction and a deeper understanding of how to adjust their training as situations change.

    QuickStart Comprehensive

This option is designed for complex, ongoing behaviour concerns where safety, history, and context all matter. It provides the most in-depth level of guidance, with a detailed review of your written information and videos to support clearer recommendations.

QuickStart Comprehensive is best suited for concerns such as reactivity, aggression, separation-related behaviours, or situations where behaviour escalates quickly or feels difficult to manage safely.

Guidance is supported by a deeper explanation of behaviour patterns and contributing factors, helping you make informed decisions about next steps and ongoing management.

    Important Information About QuickStart

QuickStart Behaviour Solutions & Guidance Plans are designed to provide general guidance and direction based on the information you provide. They are intended to support safe decision-making and next steps, but they are not a replacement for private, in-person training, behavioural modification, or veterinary care.

Dogs with complex, high-risk, or ongoing behaviour concerns often require hands-on support. In some cases, QuickStart guidance may be used as a starting point before pursuing private training or additional services.

Please provide links to your videos using YouTube (Unlisted) or Google Drive. These options allow you to share videos securely without making them public or downloadable.

    Both are acceptable options.

If you're unsure how to use these options, please see instructions directly below, otherwise you can now move right to the boxes with the options to link to your videos (no need to read the instructions below).

Guidance is based only on the portions of video reviewed, as determined by your selected plan and any timestamps you provide.

    YouTube Unlisted Instruction Overview

YouTube allows you to upload videos and share them privately using an unlisted link. Unlisted videos are not public and can only be viewed by someone who has the link.

    How to do this:

    1. Upload your video to YouTube (accounts are free).
    2. When asked about visibility, select Unlisted.
    3. Copy the video link.
    4. Paste the link into the field below.

Google Drive (or similar cloud storage)

You may also upload your videos to Google Drive (or a similar service such as Dropbox).

    How to do this:

    1. Upload your video to Google Drive.
    2. Right-click the video and select Get link.
    3. Change access to Anyone with the link can view.
    4. Copy the link and paste it into the field below.
    5. Please double-check that the link allows viewing access.

    Helpful tips before submitting

    • Videos do not need to be edited or professionally filmed.
    • Short clips that clearly show the behaviour are best.
    • If possible, note the approximate timestamp where the behaviour occurs (eg. 1:23 minutes to 3:31 minutes, etc.).
    • If you are unable to upload a video, you may leave the field blank.

    Final reassurance:

If you have trouble with video links or are unsure whether your video uploaded correctly, do your best and submit the form.

You will be contacted if clarification is needed or if there were any issues access or viewing your videos, and help with the process.

  • Video Review Instructions

Video review is based on the QuickStart plan you selected and the total review time included with that plan. Please follow the plan-specific guidelines below.

If you submit longer videos, you are responsible for providing timestamps to identify the sections you want reviewed. This ensures guidance is based on the most relevant information.

If no timestamps or instructions are provided, video review will be limited to the total review time included with your selected plan. Behaviour that occurs outside the reviewed portion may not be considered when recommendations are made.

Providing clear timestamps helps ensure guidance is appropriate and relevant to your situation.

Guidance is based only on the portions of video reviewed and the information provided.

    Video Submission Guidelines

Please submit video links according to the QuickStart plan you selected. Short, focused clips that clearly show the behaviour are always more helpful than longer recordings.

    • Maximum 2 minutes per video
    • Videos are used to understand context and support written guidance
