Justppp Parking Rules

This agreement confirms that the undersigned homeowner has received and reviewed an electronic copy of the community’s Parking and Vehicle Rules as enforced by Premier Property Partners under authority of O.C.G.A. § 44-1-13 (Non-Consensual Towing from Private Property).

The purpose of these rules is to maintain safety, accessibility, and appearance standards within the community. Compliance is mandatory for all residents, guests, and tenants.

If you live within an HOA community and reside in a site-built (stick-built) home—not a modular or manufactured home—meaning you own the land on which your home sits, please be advised that certain rules may not apply to your property. This information should be reviewed and applied in conjunction with the HOA rules and provisions outlined in your contract.

Parking & Vehicle Rules
The following violations are subject to immediate towing or enforcement action without further notice:

No parking on grass or landscaped areas.
No parking on the street within the community at any time use visitor parking.
No vehicles with flat tires.
No vehicles on jacks, blocks, or missing tires or major parts.
No wrecked, inoperable, or dismantled vehicles.
No semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, or large commercial vehicles.
No vehicles with expired or missing registration, tag, or insurance.
This includes missing or improperly displayed tags and decals/stickers.
No double parking or blocking driveways, mailboxes, or other vehicles.
No parking behind or beside homes except on the designated parking pad in front of the home — no exceptions.
All license plates must face the street and remain fully visible at all times (no backing into driveways). This requirement does not apply to homeowners who own the property on which their residence is located, where such restrictions are not authorized by the governing documents or applicable law.

I have received an electronic copy of the community parking rules and understand they are enforced by Premier Property Partners I understand that violation of any rule listed above may result in immediate towing at my expense, in accordance with Georgia law. I agree that these rules apply to all vehicles belonging to me, my household members, guests, and invitees. I understand that continued violations may result in further lease or community action, including fines or tenancy enforcement. All visitors must get a parking pass they can do this at www.justppp.com
