Each participant can join one or more categories. Entry per category is $25, you are willing to join more than one category the donation is $25*2=$50 for example.

For doubles one of the teammate to register and donate for the team to avoid duplicate entry for same team. Example donate $50 for doubles and enter all details about the partner.
