This will be a 2 hour event, in a small group setting, for those who want to start 2026 with a renewed sense of clarity and a thriving mindset. It will begin with registration at 2:45pm. There will be two interactive workshops, with a short break between the two. Tea / Coffee will also be provided.
The first workshop, led by Mícheál Callaghan a thrive programme mental health and mindset coach, will focus on key elements to setting goals and sticking to them. The workshop will cover the role of our beliefs, self talk and coping skills in developing a thriving mindset.
The second workshop, led by Elaine Cahill, a neuroscience coach and HR professional. Blending neuroscience-based coaching with real-world insight, Elaine helps people better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, empowering them to move forward with greater self-belief and emotional resilience. Her work focuses on strengthening confidence, developing healthy coping strategies and supporting individuals to reframe setbacks as opportunities for growth. Elaine's workshop will share practical tools and insights to support mental wellness, resilience and confidence — helping participants step into the future with a stronger sense of self and renewed optimism.
