Custom Order Form- School Crewnecks
Please fill out the fields below to begin the custom pre-order process. We will review your custom request and respond via email to either confirm your order or we will provide available options. Once completed, your order will be shipped to the address you provide below. ALL CREWNECKS ARE $52.00 each, and DOES NOT include tax or shipping. Turnaround time is approximately a 2 week production plus shipping time. Invoices will be sent to the email that you provide, and production does not start until the invoice is paid.
