2025-2026 Georgia Swimming Coach/Athlete Travel Reimbursement Request Form

Georgia Swimming is committed to providing travel reimbursement for eligible members attending certain National level meets. Those meets are listed below. These reimbursements are made possible by the Georgia Swimming National Travel Fund which is financed by a $3 Travel Fund surcharge assessed on all athletes attending Georgia Swimming sanctioned meets.

Max per swimmers $1400 (Sept 1st, 2025- Aug 31st, 2026) Max per swimmers $1000 (May 1st, 2026- Aug 31st, 2026) *If Futures qualifiers wish to attend NCSA Jrs or Senior Zones they may request a share

All 19 and under athletes currently representing a Georgia Swimming club and not currently enrolled in a college program are eligible for travel reimbursement. College swimmers that have represented a Georgia Swimming club for at least 2 years prior to enrolling into college will be eligible. This includes athletes attending college or a university out of state but representing a Georgia Swimming club at National Level meets. College swimmers attending an in-state university without previously representing a Georgia Swimming club are eligible for reimbursement for meets where they represent a GA LSC team. These swimmers must attend atleast two (2) GA LSC meets representing a GA club to be eligible for reimbursement. Those meets must fall in the same fiscal year as the meet for which they are requesting reimbursement. Sponsored athletes or National Team athletes are not eligible for reimbursement.

Coaches from a Georgia Swimming club who are credentialed to be on deck at any of the aforementioned meets are eligible to be reimbursed. See the specific meet information for the formula on coaches credentials.
