• This is a part time position and have the potential to turn into a full-time position. We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support weekend operations in a combined clinic–pharmacy setting. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate in english clearly, and deliver excellent patient care.


    Mandatory Requirements

    • Excellent English communication — IELTS 6.5+ equivalent
    • Fillware software experience (required; no training provided)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work alone
    • Smiling, professional, patient-first customer service attitude
    • We need bilingual ability in ANY of the following:
      French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Filipino, Mandarin, Persian, Turkish, Portugese


    Key Responsibilities

    • Cleaning working area, pharmacy and clinic including patient sampling area
    • Assist with weekend opening/closing duties (9:30 am - 2:30pm)
    • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
    • Answer phone calls and manage patient follow-ups
    • Proccess prescriptions in pharmacy
    • Upload lab results, faxes, and documents into the system
