Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

a. Payments: All coaching packages, sessions, and digital programs must be paid in full prior to participation.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress sessions, digital courses, or downloadable materials.

c. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Frequent cancellations may result in termination of the coaching relationship without refund.

d. Payment Plans: If a payment plan is approved, the client is responsible for completing all payments on time. Missed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid.

Your privacy is important to us. All information shared in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except in the following situations:

We may use de-identified information (with no personal identifiers) for professional training, testimonials, or program improvement, only with your consent.

Client Conduct and Boundaries

We expect professionalism and mutual respect in all interactions. The Company reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately if:

The Company believes continuation may not be in the client's best interest.

No refund will be issued for any services, including termination of services.

Technology and Online Coaching Disclaimer

Online sessions may be conducted via video conferencing, email, or other digital platforms. You acknowledge that:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof ("Dispute"), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any Dispute through good-faith informal negotiation. If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) rules.

Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration shall take place virtually (via video conference) or in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. All proceedings, filings, and awards shall be strictly confidential.
