  • Camp Kesher takes place September 4th-7th (Friday of Labor Day Weekend to Labor Day Monday)

    Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you have any questions, please email Kesher Registrar <registrar@campkesher.org>

    Each form can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children. Please fill out another form for more participants.

    Pricing is below:

    Registration fee includes all meals Friday evening through lunch on Monday. 

    • To secure a spot, a deposit of $100 per person is required with your registration. (Deposit is nonrefundable unless WE cancel camp.) Registration and deposit must be received no later than June 1, 2026.
    • You will receive a full refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancellation before July 1, 2026.
    • You will receive a 50% refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancellation between July 1 and July 15, 2026.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 15, 2026.
    • The balance of registration is due in full for your party no later than June 1st.
    • Campers will not be assigned a cabin until paid in full.

     

    • INCENTIVE: For each paying brand new (never been to Kesher) family you bring in, your family will get $25 off your registration fees (with the option to donate it back to Camp Kesher Scholarships!). This amount will be credited or refunded to you after the family you referred pays their full amount.

    Financial aid forms are due by May 1st and there is very limited ability to meet requests made after that date. To talk with us about a payment plan, please email us at kesher.info@campkesher.org.

    Camp Kesher takes place at the Camp Sealth property where housing is comprised of a mix of cabin designs (most without bathrooms, nearly all with bunkbeds). Some cabins involve walking uphill, down long paths, or walking uneven terrain or stairs. There are no paved walkways on Camp Sealth. Please answer the question below based on your current assessment. Camp Kesher is a volunteer run organization, and new volunteers sign up for the housing role each year. This means that we may not be aware of your previous arrangements.
  • Camp Kesher cabins accomodate anywhere from 3 to ten campers. Typically, one family or group is assigned a cabin which can mean 2-3 people in a cabin with sleeping arrangements for ten. To the extent some groups or families are willing to share a cabin, we can then accomodate more campers. Please address your interest in sharing a cabin:

    1. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to TBT or emailed to kesher.registration@campkesher.org.
    2. The $100 per person deposit is NOT refundable.
    3. You will receive a full refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancelation before July 1.
    4. You will receive a 50% refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancelation between July 1 and July 15.
    5. Cancelations received after July 15 are not entitled to a refund.
