Important Information
Please acknowledge you understand and agree to commit to the following:

Failure to provide a suitable umpire for the teams you register may result in a forfeit of your team(s) games and/or the full tournament day. Fees will be non-refundable.
All team lists and forms must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the competition date
Invoices will be sent for payment to the accounts email provided shortly after you submit this form. Fees are $205 per team.
Schools that withdraw within 21 days of the competition date will be required to pay the full team registration fee, in accordance with court hire cancellation policies and draw coordination requirements.
