Do the documents require Apostilling? Apostilling is a separate step to notarising documents. Not all documents require apostilling – it will depend on the instructions you receive. Apostilling is done by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). We can provide the required form and limited instructions on how to have your documents apostilled by DFAT. The process for having documents apostilled will be completed by you (we will not be involved).
