Applicants are eligible who:
- Are a resident of Anne Arundel County and attend High School in Anne Arundel County
- Be a graduating African American senior in the Class of 2026 with at least a cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Plan to pursue post-secondary education in an accredited four year program
- Be an active particiant in school activities
- Be a volunteer in the community
- Submit letters of recommendation on letterhead from:
- guidance counselor
- a commuity service representative
- teacher, coach or advisor
NOTE: The scholarship award is contingent upon acceptance and registration at an accredited four-year institution.
