2026 AACDST Outstanding Scholar Award - High School Scholarship Application Logo

    Applicants are eligible who:

    • Are a resident of Anne Arundel County and attend High School in Anne Arundel County
    • Be a graduating African American senior in the Class of 2026 with at least a cumulative GPA of 3.0
    • Plan to pursue post-secondary education in an accredited four year program
    • Be an active particiant in school activities
    • Be a volunteer in the community
    • Submit letters of recommendation on letterhead from:
      • guidance counselor
      • a commuity service representative
      • teacher, coach or advisor 

    NOTE: The scholarship award is contingent upon acceptance and registration at an accredited four-year institution.

    Application Process:

    In order to be considered for the 2026 Outstanding Scholar Award, you will need to complete the following in their entirety:

    Your official transcript must be sent directly from your high school to:
