Media Release and Photo Usage Consent:By entering and participating in the Youth Speech Contest the contestant ("Participant") and/or their legal guardian hereby grants to Florida Farm Bureau Federation (FFBF)and its affiliates, agents, employees, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and permission to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture the Participant’s image, likeness, name, voice, and/or performance during the Event.The Participant grants FFBF the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and sublicense these photographs, videos, and recordings (collectively, "Media") in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation: Online/Digital: Websites, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X), email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Print: Brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials. FFBF may use this Media for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to, promotion, marketing, advertising, internal communications, and documentation of the contest. The Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished Media materials or any advertising copy or text that may be used in connection therewith. The Participant understands and agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of the Media. The Participant releases FFBF from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the Media, including claims of defamation, privacy, or publicity rights.".*
