Artist must have a topic channel by delivered via YouTube Art Tracks and an O&O (Owned & Operated) channel with videos in order to qualify for an OAC.Only field marked with an asterisk are required.Go to this URL (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7336634?hl=en) to learn more about OACs from YouTube Support.Please Note: Request will be submitted to YouTube every Thursday.OAC requests typically take between 1 and 3 months to be processed. You will receive full notifications from Allot Lines to ensure that you can track the upgrade process easily.
