Foreman / Skilled Builder Needed in Bagaces, Costa Rica

We’re developing land in Bagaces, Costa Rica and looking for a dependable, experienced foreman (or highly skilled construction leader) to help manage onsite work and participate hands-on.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys meaningful projects, outdoor work, and wants a temporary paid opportunity abroad.

Location: Bagaces, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Duration: 1–3 months (extension possible if it’s a good fit)
Languages: Must speak Spanish and be able to communicate well in English

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities
Work hands-on alongside small teams
Help plan, problem-solve, and keep progress on schedule
Support general land development and construction tasks

Experience Required

Strong construction background
Experience in framing, concrete work, and welding
Prior foreman or leadership experience is a big plus
Reliable, honest, punctual, and hardworking

What We Provide

Camping accommodation onsite
Compensation between $2,500 – $3,500 depending on experience
