Help us show the city who is falling through the cracks
While city staff and city councilors insist that people can call 3-1-1 to find be directed to a warm place or shelter, people seeking warmth continue to be turned away. We're keeping track whenever we see someone falling through the cracks. If you would like to add instances as you see them to our ongoing log, please fill out this form.

What happened?
Example: Turned away because drop-in centre was full. Turned away because the service was temporarily closed.
Where did this happen?
Examples: At Centre 507, at a community health centre with a worker calling 3-1-1, calling 3-1-1 themselves from a bus shelter, etc.
