You are enroling for First Friends Nursery in Wootey, Alton.

Please fill out and submit this enrolment form with the appropriate payment. Our Family Onboarding team will then review your chosen start date and booking pattern to check that we can accommodate your request.

We’ll send a confirmation email, your enrolment form and a copy of our T&Cs. The nursery manager will be notified of your enrolment. At this stage, your enrolment becomes legally binding under our Terms & Conditions.

Government Funded Families: can choose to opt out of our Premium Package. This package includes our Enhanced Curriculum (Earth Explorers, Movement & Mindfulness, Thoughtful Food, and Makaton) as well as essential items such as a sun hat, suncream, toothbrush and First Friends T-shirt. The vast majority of families choose to opt in. You will be enrolled in the Premium Package by default unless you select ‘opt out’ in the box below:

Enrolment Fee for families that are enrolling for more hours than just the Government Funded Hours

To secure your child’s place at our nursery, a £100 enrolment fee is required. £30 of this amount will be held as a deposit and refunded once your child begins on the agreed start date stated on this form.

Important Information:

When you click submit, stay on the page until the screen says 'Thank you'. You will receive an automated email straightaway with confirmation to say you have successfully submitted your enrolment form. If you do not receive this automated email, please get in touch as your form has not come through to us.

Our Family Onboarding Team will verify your enrolement and confirm to you in writing (via email) that your enrolment is accepted, at which time the Terms and Conditions that you accepted will become legally binding.
