    This form is intended to provide initial information of your needs to the theatre and technical staff for the Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center. Completing this form allows us to make your event as successful as possible. Once completed, an invoice will be issued to the provided email address with deposit and payment information, if applicable. Please call us at 256-549-8475 if you have any questions.

  • Additional Space Usage
  • Rental Fees Include:

    Stage area (plus lobby and theatre for performance rentals*), two technicians, HVAC, basic stage lighting (simple color changes), two microphones, two folding tables. 

    NOTE: The theatre lobby and seating area is not included for Rehearsal times.

  • Type of Seating/Ticketing (Reserved Seating is required for any attendance over 300)
  • Equipment Needed

  • Note: Renter/Requester is required to provide two (2) AA batteries for each wireless headset mic that will be rented. Renter should expect to use two (2) AA batteries per unit, per day.

  • Scenery:

    All scenery or any flown elements MUST have approved rigging and hardware to be flown form a batten. Scenery that does not have safe approved rigging WILL NOT BE INSTALLED OR FLOWN. 

    Final approval of all hanging elements is required by Theatre Manager.

  • In-House Curtains Request
  • Ballet Marley Dance Floor:

    NOTE: This flooring requires 2hrs instillation and 2hrs strike. There is an additional fee assessed for labor hours in addition to the cost of the floor.

  • Projector:

    NOTE: You should plan to bring your own laptop with your presentation that can be connected to the projector.

    An additional fee is assessed for use of the projection system.
