2026 Denmead Child Enrolment Form

Please read before proceeding:

You are enrolling your child at First Friends Denmead. Your enrolment covers both of our Denmead settings: our Babies & Toddlers nursery on the grounds of Denmead Junior School and our Preschool on the grounds of Denmead Infant School.

Your child's nursery journey is one continuous experience, so only one enrolment is needed.

Please fill out and submit this enrolment form with the appropriate payment. Our Family Onboarding team will then review your chosen start date and booking pattern to check that we can accommodate your request.

We’ll send a confirmation email, your enrolment form and a copy of our T&Cs. The nursery manager will be notified of your enrolment. At this stage, your enrolment becomes legally binding under our Terms & Conditions.

Government Funded Families: can choose to opt out of our Premium Package. This package includes our Enhanced Curriculum (Earth Explorers, Movement & Mindfulness, Thoughtful Food, and Makaton) as well as essential items such as a sun hat, suncream, toothbrush and First Friends T-shirt. The vast majority of families choose to opt in. You will be enrolled in the Premium Package by default unless you select ‘opt out’ in the box below:

To celebrate our nursery expansion later this year, we are offering a MEGA discount on our enrolment fee. Usually £100, now £30 deposit, refunded once your child begins on the agreed start date stated on this form.

Important Information:

When you click submit, stay on the page until the screen says 'Thank you'. You will receive an automated email straightaway with confirmation to say you have successfully submitted your enrolment form. If you do not receive this automated email, please get in touch as your form has not come through to us.

Our Family Onboarding Team will verify your enrolement and confirm to you in writing (via email) that your enrolment is accepted, at which time the Terms and Conditions that you accepted will become legally binding.
