Event RSVP Information
This is a multi-church youth event, and we ask that one leader from each participating church complete this RSVP form on behalf of their entire group. This helps us plan well and ensure everyone is included.
If you are an individual youth or parent filling out this form on your own, please first check with your church’s youth leader so you can be added to your church’s group registration.
If your church does not have a youth leader and you would like to attend as an individual participant, you are welcome! Please note that individual participants must attend with a designated adult.
