POP-UP INFORMATION
This is a special event we do only once a year for "THE BIG GAME", on Sunday, February 8th, 2026. This special date features our one-of-kind Nacho Kit Fundraiser which has a few requirements outside of our normal fundraising procedures.
- Fundraisers hosted for this day are pick-up only from your selected store location at 3 or 3:30 PM.
- You must send the proper number of representatives from your group to transport all kits in one trip to your pop-up location. Delivery is not available.
- Your fundraiser pick-up start time will be determined by Moe's based on the pick-up time you select and communicated by email. The kits are hot and ready to serve, so need to be distributed immediately after pick-up. We recommend a 30-minute pickup window for your group.
- Kit pick-up cannot be at a Moe's location.
- The organization is responsible for distribution (don't worry, it's easy - all kits come fully assembled and labeled with each person's name)
- Our locations are able to accommodate up to 80 kits.
- Only one spot is available per location - first come, first served to groups.
