The initial application submission is free. If the application meets preliminary qualifications, a non-refundable $50.00 processing & screening fee per adult applicant will be required before screening is conducted.

This fee covers the cost of credit reporting, background screening, eviction history review, and administrative processing. Payment of the screening fee does not guarantee approval.
