3. Add-on members are chargeable at ₹2,999 per person.
4. All delegates must carry valid ID proofs.
5. Seating is first-come-first-serve.
6. Event schedule/speakers may change without notice.
7. If postponed due to government orders or emergencies, passes remain valid.

9. Misconduct may lead to entry cancellation without refund.
