Dear Prospective Family,

Thank you for your interest in Arrow Christian Academy. We are so glad you found your way to us! By completing this application, you will be submitting your family's interest to enroll at Arrow. This is every new family's first step. We have limited capacity for new students, especially at certain grade levels. Using your responses here, our team will prayerfully assess which families will be asked to complete next steps in the process.

We request that you collect references for your family and individual student(s). The links to share with your references are included in this form. It will be your responsibility to both send off reference requests and ensure Arrow has received responses from each of the required references in a timely manner.

Because we know ahead of time that not every applying family will be able to complete our new family interview and screening process, the $75 Application Fee will not be collected unless and until you are contacted to complete a family interview and possibly attend a campus tour / informational meeting.

To adequately assess each applicant, Arrow requires the following references. Please copy and paste appropriate links from each category and send them to your contacts.
Student References - Two (2) per student; These references must have relational knowledge of your individual student. One of these references should have classroom or academic experience with your student - i.e. Former Teacher, Youth or Children’s Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Tutor. The second student reference can be another of the above or could include other adult influences in your student’s life - i.e. Scout Leader, Athletic Coach, Piano Teacher, Family Friend.

Academic / Personal Reference for New Student

Family References - Two (2) per family; These references should have relational knowledge of your entire family. We prefer that one of your family references be from an Arrow Sponsor Family (see below). If you do not have a Sponsor Family currently at Arrow, then please request two (2) different Personal Family References. Ideally, your Family Reference would be someone you do life with or who has some spiritual authority in your life - i.e. Pastor, Small Group Leader, Close Christian Friend, etc.
- Sponsor Family Reference - One (1) per family preferred; A Sponsor Family is a current Arrow family who is willing to provide a reference for your family, bringing you under their wing, serving as a mentor, and helping navigate your first year at Arrow.

Personal Family Reference

It is your responsibility to both send off reference requests and ensure your chosen references have responded in a timely manner. It is recommended that you request your chosen references to email or contact you once they have completed and submitted the linked form. Arrow will not respond to inquiries about reference status.

Once we have received and reviewed all of your references, we may contact you to invite you to a campus tour and/or schedule a family interview.
