2026 Fall Weekend Group Registration

Fall Weekend 2026 will take place at Crowders Ridge Camp in Gastonia, NC on October 23rd-25th. The standard registration price is $219 per person. However, if you register using this form by March 31st, 2026, you can lock in our lowest rate of $189 per person. The price includes two nights of lodging, four meals, camp activities, group games, and four sessions with worship, teaching, and games. • TODAY - A $50 per person deposit is due when you register your group to secure your spots for Fall Weekend. This deposit is non-refundable but can be rolled into your final balance as your registration numbers change.
• 9/28 - Drop/Add Deadline - On this date, your Fall Weekend Roster Form is due. This form will request final numbers, names, gender breakdown, food allergies, medications, & t-shirt sizes. After the 28th you will no longer be able to adjust attendee numbers and all payments will become non-refundable. 
• 10/16 - Final Balance Due. We will send a final invoice to the email used on this registration form on 10/12. If you register your group by March 31, the final invoice will be $189 per person listed on your Fall Weekend Roster Form, minus any deposits or payments already made.
