Option 1: Partnership / Project Application (Free, by Invitation)
This is our preferred starting point for landowners interested in stewardship assistance.

A detailed online application to learn about you and your land.
It is the only pathway to a complimentary in-person meeting.
Designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment before any financial commitment

Landowners who complete the application and appear to be a strong fit are typically offered a complimentary one-hour meeting at our shop in Soldier’s Grove or a nearby location.

Option 2: Consultation (Paid)
For landowners who prefer to move faster or avoid online forms:

Phone consultation: $125 (1 hour)
In-person consultation: $250 (1 hour)

These sessions cover similar ground to the application and are intended to learn about you before we begin making recommendations about your land.

Option 3: Site Visit / Property Walkthrough
Typically recommended for:

First-time clients who are still clarifying goals and opportunities, or
Landowners who are confident they’d like to work with us and want to accelerate the process.

Typical cost: $300–$600 depending on scope and travel.
