This Form is for all parents who have a child entering Grade 1-6 at Runnymede Public School (RPS) to express interest to Runnymede Adventure Club (RAC) that you are interested in having your child/ren take part in the Before and After school program during the 10-month school year. Childcare is available from 7:30am to 8:50am and from 3:15pm to 6:00pm, on school days and from 8am - 5pm on non-school days, ie. PA days. The summer program also operates from 8:00am-5:00pm.

By completing this Application/Wait List Form, you are indicating to us that you would like to enroll your child/ren in our School Age program, when we have available space. The present fee for the School Age Before and After School Program is $510/month.

Please note: JK continues to be RAC's main point of entry. Therefore, we will be creating a waitlist from the responses that this Form generates. Our current policy states that if your child has a space in our FDK program, this will also give the child a space in our Grade 1 (& onwards) School Age Before and After Program.

IMPORTANT: If you have filled out a FDK Expression of Interest Form (dated 2014 or later), your FDK Form has been added to our School Age Wait List.
We will contact you using the information that you provide below/on FDK Form, by phone. At the time of our call, we require a deposit of one month's fees to hold your child/ren's school age space.
