By signing below, you confirm that you are the authorized decision-maker for your business and are entering into an agreement with BusySeed based on the proposal you were presented and reviewed. You acknowledge that the proposal document you received (including the services, pricing, and scope outlined in it) forms part of this Agreement.

You agree to an automatically renewing commitment (selected in this form) and authorize BusySeed to begin work as described in the proposal. You also confirm that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to the BusySeed Terms of Service located at: https://www.busyseed.com/terms-of-service. It is your responsibility to review any updates to those terms. You agree that the monthly Service fees and the Onboarding Fee (also referred to as the Research Fee) will be charged beginning on the date of signing via ACH/eCheck.
