All attendees will book your stay directly with the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa at our reduced group negotiated amount. The hotel will offer the reduced rates pre- and post-event for those interested in extending their stay in Jupiter. If you're planning to partake in all activities, you should reserve 3 nights, arriving on Tuesday departing on Friday.

TRAVEL: If you’re looking at flights, the event will kick off at 6:00pm Tuesday evening (4/21) and will conclude with a fantastic Dinner Party on Thursday (4/23). If you plan to participate in all event-related activities, you should look to arrive on Tuesday (before 6:00pm) and depart at your leisure on Friday.
Payment Process: Approximately one week after submitting this form, you will receive an email with the subject line “Event of the Year Registration Fee” from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. This email will contain a secure online payment link where you may enter your credit card information and submit payment directly.
