This form must be filled out every 2 years to stay compliant and up to date with the City of Savannah. If you have any changes to the people that are authorized to remove vehicles, you will need to re-submit. Only the names listed will be allowed to remove vehicles from the property. This form only satisfies the requirements to post the property. A separate form (Authorization for Removal) must be filled out and signed by an authorized person for every vehicle removed from the property. These are requirements set by the State of Georgia & City of Savannah.
