To keep sessions respectful and consistent for both of us, the following terms apply to all bookings.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your session start time.
Cancellations Under 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable and not credited toward future sessions.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your session and do not communicate beforehand:
The session is considered a no-show
No refunds are offered
The session cannot be rescheduled or credited
Late Arrival
If you are late to a session, your session will still end at the original scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Required to Hold Your Session
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except in rare cases where I must cancel.
If I cancel, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled.
BREATHWORK INTENSIVES, PACKAGES & TRAVEL SESSIONS
Deposits
Intensive or multi-day concierge sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Travel Expenses
For travel-to-client work, the client agrees to cover transportation and lodging costs unless otherwise discussed.
Rescheduling Intensives
Intensive sessions require 72 hours' notice to reschedule.
Anything under 72 hours is treated as a late cancellation.
COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
Please arrive emotionally and physically prepared for your session.
Do not attend while intoxicated or withdrawing.
If you are feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, or unstable before your session, notify me as soon as possible.
