Ready to invest in your leadership growth? Empowering Women in Business is a competitive cohort designed for women looking to strengthen their leadership skills and professional impact.

Empowering Women in Business is a program that allows you to make connections with others in the business community while learning powerful leadership skills that you can implement into your day to day work. We will focus on learning about ourselves and how we respond to different scenarios in the workplace and gain a better understanding of leading ourselves and our teams.

2026 Cohort Schedule (Tuesdays, 11am-2pm):
April 14th, May 12th, June 16th, July 14th, Aug. 18th, Sept. 15th
*Participants will be awarded at Celebrate Bismarck-Mandan on Sept. 24th

2026 Cohort Guidelines:
• $400 per participant (includes lunch on program days) - payment due before first class
• Participation is an important aspect to the success of the program, therefore, each
participant will receive ONE excused absence. If another absence is required, the
participant will be asked to step down from the cohort. (No refund will be issued.)
• Participant’s employer must be a Chamber EDC member.
• If participant changes employment during the program, the new employer must be
a Chamber EDC member or the participant should be an individual member in order
to continue participating in the cohort.
