I fully understand that my participation in the McKinleyville Pony Express Parade (hereinafter referred to as "Event") exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death and/or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this Event and agree to assume any such risks.

I hereby release the McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce and organizers of any liability for any injury, death or damage to personal property in connection with my participation in the Event, from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce or in connection with any participant in the Event.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrator, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce in connection with my participation in the Event.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE McKINLEYVILLE CHAMBER AND ORGANIZERS ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES OCCURRING DURING THE EVENT. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
