It is important that, in addition to completing this form, you notify the event host of your cancellation as soon as possible.

Mesa Verde Rally Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the Colorado Airstream Club strives to refund as much of the recoverable expenses as possible as quickly as possible.
Refunds for cancellations will only be made when the rally host fills your spot from the rally waitlist.

* Cancellations for the camping and 700 Year Bus Tour can be requested up to May 1st to receive a full refund.
* Cancellations after May 1st will be refunded all recovered fees, but will not be processed until AFTER the rally ends (June 15). After May 1st, it is possible that some/all fees may not be recoverable.
* All refunds will include a 3% credit card fee and a $20 cancellation fee.

The cancellation coordinator will work with your host to determine what refund can be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
