Black Women in Food Summit Marketplace Vendor Application

For the fourth year in a row, the Black Women in Food Summit will be held on April 23-25, 2026. The event is an exclusive opportunity for Black women entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry to connect, learn and find opportunities for professional growth. This year, we're calling all food-focused vendors to showcase their brands, connect with like-minded professionals, and gain exposure to a passionate and engaged audience of 400 attendees. Date & Location: April 25, 2026 | Capital Turnaround 700 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003

Fees: $285 to $425, depending on placements. Final pricing and placement details will be provided upon selection.

Note:

Vendors must hand-carry items to the venue. Pre-event shipping to venue is not available.
Vendors will be able to provide samples/tastings of food products.

The deadline for applications is January 23, 2026.

Submitting this application does not guarantee selection as a vendor. Due to space limitations, vendors will be selected based on a variety of factors, including product fit and availability. Selected vendors will be notified with next steps after the application deadline.
