The third edition of the Capital city's favourite local meet is back and returning to Naturally Fit on SUNDAY, March 1, 2026! We're ready to see everyone full send some new PRs to begin the 2026 competition season!
This event will feature both 3-Lift competitions across all age classes in Equipped and Unequipped divisions as well as a Novice division.
This is a drug-tested event sanctioned by Canada Powerlifting (CanPL).
Registration opens December 17th and closes Feb 1st at 11:59 PM.

**No qualifying total** is required to compete
This event is drug-tested and CanPL-sanctioned, ensuring fair and clean competition for all athletes.
Novice details: Novice lifters do not require a CanPL membership, nor do they require approved equipment to compete. It's an opportunity for first-time powerlifters to try the sport with less up front cost. There will be two opportunities to obtain rack heights:
The evening before you compete, at the venue (time TBA)
Before weigh-ins on the day of competition.
You must be present for your weigh-in. If absent, you will be placed at the end of the line. Lifters not present by the end of weigh-ins will not be permitted to lift.
Bring the following to weigh-ins:
Valid Photo ID (a photo is acceptable)
CanPL Membership Card (digital version accepted) (not required for Novice division)
True Sport Drug-Free Certificate (digital version accepted) (Not required for Novice division)
Opening attempts (in kilograms) and rack heights

4:00 PM – Event Setup (Volunteers)
7:00–8:00 PM – Rack Heights & Rules Meeting (Lifters & Coaches) (optional, but recommended for new competitors)

7:00 AM – Doors Open / Morning Session Weigh-ins & Equipment Check
9:00 AM – Morning Session Lifting Begins
12:00 PM – Afternoon Session Weigh-ins & Equipment Check / Morning Awards
2:00 PM – Afternoon Session Lifting Begins

within 48 hours of submitting your registration form. You are not confirmed as registered for the meet until your payment is received. Each lifter who registers will also receive one meet shirt (extras available for additional cost).
