This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Perfect Touch Events (“Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Renter”). By signing below, Renter agrees to all terms, conditions, and responsibilities listed in this Agreement.

1. Equipment Provided
The Nerf Party Rental Kit includes:

10 Nerf blasters
200 foam bullets
Safety goggles and masks
Pop-up or inflatable obstacles
Electric air pump
Any additional accessories listed at time of booking
All equipment is provided in working condition and must be returned in similar condition, with normal wear considered acceptable.

2. Rental Period
The rental period is for a full weekend, typically Friday–Sunday unless otherwise agreed. Equipment must be returned on the specified date and time.

3. Payment & Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be refunded within 3–4 business days after equipment is returned and inspected.
The deposit may be partially or fully withheld if equipment is missing, damaged, excessively dirty, or requires replacement.

4. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk
By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees:

All equipment is used at the participant’s own risk.
Perfect Touch Events is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or incidents during the rental period.
Renter is fully responsible for supervising all participants, especially minors.
Renter assumes all risks associated with setup, use, and operation of the equipment.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Touch Events from any claims, actions, liabilities, or costs arising from equipment use.

5. Bullet Policy, Damage, Loss & Replacement Fees
Renter agrees to return all equipment and accessories in good condition:

Bullets
Rental includes 200 foam bullets.
Up to 20 missing bullets are allowed with no charge.
Any bullets missing beyond the 20-bullet grace amount will be charged at $0.08 per bullet.
Example:
If 35 bullets are missing, 15 are chargeable → 15 x $0.08 = $1.20 deducted from deposit.

Damage or Loss
The following may result in partial or full deposit forfeiture:

Missing Nerf blasters
Broken blasters due to misuse or neglect
Torn, punctured, or destroyed obstacles
Missing or damaged air pump
Excessively dirty equipment requiring deep cleaning
Missing goggles, masks, or accessories
If damages exceed the deposit amount, Renter agrees to pay the remaining balance within 7 days.

6. Equipment Condition & Cleaning
Renter agrees to:

Return all equipment clean, dry, and free of debris
Properly deflate obstacles before returning
Wipe down goggles, masks, and blasters
Cleaning fees may apply for items returned in unacceptable condition.

7. Proper Use of Equipment
Renter agrees that:

Blasters will be used only as intended
No modifications will be made to equipment
Goggles and masks are strongly recommended for all gameplay
Equipment will not be exposed to water, mud, or harmful conditions

8. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional charges or loss of deposit if they impact future rentals.

9. Agreement & Signature
By signing below, Renter confirms agreement to all terms listed above.
