Every era has its voices, those who help shape direction, define culture, and inspire the next generation. This Fall 2026, the Sword & Spear is calling upon influential Fellowmen across the nation to share the insight, wisdom, and experience that continue to Set The Standard within our organization.This is not a traditional submission. This is a challenge. A call to reflection. A test of intentionality. Only five voices will be selected to represent the Fellowship in this edition. Fellowmen are encouraged to submit meaningful reflections on identity, purpose, brotherhood, and the future of Groove Phi Groove.
