* NOTE: There is a late fee of $50.00 plus $5.00 for each day beyond the 5th.   **Rent paid after the 20th is charged an additional $100.00 fee.

  Example: If rent is paid on the 10th the late fee is $75.00.

*Requests must be received 2 business days before the due date.

*Online Credit or Debit Payments are charged an additional 3.5% Fee.

Request will be reviewed and a confirmation will be emailed to you.   Request is not approved until you received an email confirming.    If you wish to stop your draft, change banks or have questions please call 501-247-7991.

If ACH Bank Draft is selected I hereby authrorize Rick Johnson & Copperleaf Properties to change my rent draft date for this month only and to add the additional fees.
