The In-Person option for January's class will become available on Friday January 9, a week before the class. This allows room for first-time students to join in class. Due to limited seating, seats are available on a first-come first-served basis. This option will only be available until we have reached capacity. Seats fill up quick.

This form is a request to join a refresher course. To be eligible, we must verify that you are a student and are within one year of free classes. You must have attended a paid weekend Exam Prep Course, Private Tutoring, a C-10 course or was a part of a Private Exam Prep Course with your company WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. You have the option to take a refresher course as many times as you need up to a year. Students can attend online or In-Person. Our classroom holds up to 80 students. This includes new students and returning students. We recommend registering early as possible to guarantee a seat.
Refresher Course Schedule

Courses are held one weekend every month. For record purposes, class dates available to select below are released one month at a time. Please check back a week after each course for the next available class. This refresher form link is valid for all of 2026 classes.

After taking your first course…practice, process and plan to schedule your exam right after attending a second course for free as a refresher for the best chance of success. Schedule accordingly.

Instructions for Registering for a Refresher Course
- All students who have paid for a weekend Exam Prep Course, Private Tutoring, a C-10 Course or were part of a Private Exam Prep Course with your company are all eligible to take free refresher courses, for up to a year after their initial attended/paid course.
- These classes are held once a month to the public. You may join as many times as you need (up to a year).
- Students may join online or In-Person.
- For record and tracking purposes, you must register each time you want to take a course.
- Eligibility to take a course is determined each time you request to join. Verification may take up to 72 hours.
- Our classroom holds up to 80 students. Seats will be available until capacity has been reached.
- We recommend returning students to register as early as possible.
Step 1: Request to Join a Refresher Class
Complete a Refresher Registration form and select an attending option. This step is a request to join and registration is not complete. You will instantly receive an automatic “pending approval” email after you submit the form. Please be sure to check spam or Other Folder from "Surge Electrical Training LLC". For verification purposes, we must verify your eligibility by confirming you are within one year of free refresher courses. This may take up to 72 hours.

We highly suggest each students registers as early as possible before the scheduled course to avoid registration delays and due to seat availability. If you have exceeded 12 months from your initial course, you will need to register for a paid course.

Step 2: Look for an Approval Email by Surge Electrical Training LLC
Once your Refresher Request has been reviewed by our team, you will receive an Eligibility Confirmation Email. Again, please check spam or other Folder. Depending on your attendance option you had selected (Online/In-person), you will receive further registration instructions.

If Attending In Person - You will receive the confirmation email with class location details; your registration is now complete.

Zoom Registration Information:
For security purposes, zoom registrations are manually reviewed by our team. This step may take up to 48 hours. Please complete this step as early as possible. Do not wait until the night before the class. This will cause delay in receiving the live link. If you are having issue with the link, please reach out to the email below ASAP.
