    Please complete this registration form if you would like to attend Freshfel Europe's 2026 Annual Event on 15-16 April 2026 in Giardini Naxos, Sicily (Italy).

  • Registration conditions

    The following conditions apply to the registration of participants:

  • All registration is free of charge for Freshfel Members. 

    Freshfel Europe members & Freshfel Europe associated members:

    Freshfel Europe members and associated members have access for 3 delegates to the Networking Cocktail, the Statutory AGM Meeting, the Annual Event Public Conference, and the technical visits.

    Sponsors

    Freshfel Europe Annual Event sponsors are only permitted to attend the Statutory AGM Meeting if they are a Freshfel Europe member or associated member, in addition to all other sessions (2 delegates). Freshfel Europe members that decide to sponsor the event have access for a total of 5 delegates (3 as a Freshfel member + 2 as a sponsor).

    Non-Freshfel Europe members

    Non-Freshfel Europe members are permitted to attend the Annual Event (except for the Statuatory AGM Meeting) upon confirmation of the payment of participation fee of 500 EUR (VAT excluded).

    Accredited press & governmental representatives

    Accredited press and governmental representatives are welcome to attend the programme on Day 2 of the pprogramme (Annual Event, lunch, and technical visits). Please contact the Freshfel Europe Secretariat if you're also interested in attending the Celebratory Evening on Day 1 of the programme.

    Please make sure your payment is received by 1 April 2026 COB to confirm your participation in the event.

  • Event attendance

    Please select which events you will be attending during the Freshfel Europe Annual Event 2026 on 15-16 April 2026. More details on the programmes of the Statutory Meeting and the Annual Event Public Conference will be available on the Freshfel website in the course January.

  • After lunch, the delegates that can't attend the technical visits will have the opportunity to go directly to the airport. A bus will depart at 13:45, with arrival at Catania Airport (CAT) at 14:30 CEST (depending on traffic).

  • After the technical visits, the delegates will be brought back to Delta Hotels Giardini Naxos. The arrival time is 18:30 (depending on traffic).

    Details on the preferential rate

  • The delegates of the Freshfel Europe Annual Event get a preferential group rate for their accommodation a the Delta Hotels Giardini Naxos for 2 nights (15 and 16 April 2026).

    The preferentation rate is 160.00 EUR per night, buffet breakfast included.
