  • Mentoring is an important part of the AWARD-SHEAF Fellowship.

    Each  Fellow will be attached to a Mentor who is a seasoned professional or expert in the field of agriculture, gender and agrifood systems. He/she will be a role model/source of inspiration to you and provide professional advice, technical support, encouragement, constructive feedback, and suggestions for improvement throughout the Fellowship.

    Nominate two (2) senior professionals or experts you have interacted intensively with and who could potentially serve as your Mentor in the Fellowship. Get their consent and availability to serve in this role.
