1. Personal data will be stored securely and destroyed after the 2025 Edinburgh International Magic Festival, unless a health and safety issue arises — in which case, records may be kept until the matter is resolved.
2. The Making Magic workshop team will take every reasonable step to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. However, the organisers cannot accept responsibility for injury or accidents resulting from behaviour that disregards safety instructions.
3. In the event of a medical emergency where no emergency contact can be reached, I authorise the MagicFest team to arrange emergency medical treatment if required.
