THANK YOU!!! I appreciate you expressing intereset in the Ray's Rep Team. This team is for Girl and Guy high school Class of 2027 Seniors.

What is a Ray's rep you ask... Well if you are a Junior in High School and currently thinking about your Senior Year? This may be the rep program for you.

Senior Year comes with a lot of new things for you, including Senior Portraits. There are so many great options in our area downtown, beach, urban, studio, etc. With this program you will receive lots of these options for your senior portraits.

Being a Ray's Rep has many advantages. You are supporting a local photographer and get incredible photos while doing it. This is how it works!

If you are selected to become a Ray's Rep, we will start off with a MEET and GREET indoor Black and White "clean" photo session. Where I will meet with you and your parental guardian to go over the contract and what is expected of you and your parental guardian during your Senior year. You will receive a private senior session, a private birthday session and multiple opportunities for mini sessions, and much more. (cost of the program is $1200.00)

Being a rep for Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Ray's Rep Seniors! Reps receive countless perks including a complimentary mini sessions through out your senior year. Optional make up class from the talented Bell Chic. Digital images to share online with friends and family. Access to my style closet. On location sessions at various venues all over Houston and Galveston.

Before applying, please read the following.

Chosen reps are required to:
*Attend a meet & greet event (April 2026)
*Participate in at least one mini sessions with the full team

*Use Reflections by Rachel Van Chau as their sole photographer during their senior year
*Post on social media frequently about Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography, this is an optional requirement starting this year

*Have Reflections by Rachel Van Chau on your instagram bio

*Book your senior and birthday session with Reflections by Rachel Van Chau

*Notify parents of your application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!

*There is a $1200.00 fee for the year of this rep program. There is a payment plan available if needed. (fees may apply, all payments must be completed by June 1, 2026)

Term and Conditions

Ray's Reps will promote only Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography

Signing of a contract will require both parties and legal guardians if representative is under 18. Any breach of contract will result in termination of rep status. Number of shoots and edits will be determined on a rep-by-rep basis. All edits and photos remain the property of Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
